The blacksmith's athame is another experiment of mine. I love the look and feel of the traditional "blacksmith's knife". The beautiful sweep of the handle and the amount of mass required to be moved to pull that off is really something. The negative space left in the handle, looked to me like it was calling out for something. Raw gemstones seemed to fit nicely. 
 
Tiger's Eye is commonly associated with protection, focus, luck, grounding and clarity.
