Payment

Payments are due when the order is placed.

 

Delivery

We ship using Canada Post.
You will be billed at the time of purchase. Your order may take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped.
 

North America

Please allow 5-13 business days for shipping in North America.

We offer $25 flat rate shipping (including tracking) for orders in North America.

Free shipping for orders $125+.

Pick Up Options in Ontario

We all know shipping costs suck. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about it. However, if you are local-ish to us or will be attending an event we're vending at, select the Free Pick Up shipping option at checkout, and contact us to work something out.

 

International Shipping
Please allow 4-6 weeks for International shipping.

We offer $30 flat rate shipping (including tracking) for international orders.

For International orders, you may be required to pay customs duty fees in order to collect your package. Customs duty fees / taxes are to be paid by the customer.

 

Lost Packages
If your package gets lost in the mail, we will either refund or re-send (when possible) your items.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns may be made if you bought the wrong size, colour, etc., as
long as the item you're returning has not been used. Shipping will be at your expense.
You have 2 weeks from the date the package was received to return it.
If the package is a gift, and you may need longer, please notify us, and we can
work out an agreement.
